Monix - Can you exercise within 4 hours

Just wondering if sweat from sport is as bad as showering. Does it effect minoxidil intake ? Thanks

Urm, duno suppose it depends on how heavely you sweat really.

if u were to sweat alot, u can feel ur sweat is alot greasier.. which i guess comes from the minoxidil u applied on ur scalp

I never have a problem after using monix.

Get Dr Lees minoxidil, you can excercise right after applying, just dont shower til about an hour and a half after applying
