This has puzzled me for a long time , I have a couple of moles scattered throughout my body , these moles are in several places(arms/legs/back/etc.). My question is why do the hairs appear thicker , more abundant and generally stronger than the rest of the hair on my body when they are located on a mole.

For example , I'm 19 , the hair on my arms tends to be fair , then in the middle of that on my skin is a mole , on that mole is 5 hairs(much more per area than the rest of my arm). These hairs are strong/coarse/darker(much)/and more numerous than the rest. Why?

If there is a certain reason for this , can it not be cultivated for other areas?

I pondered this one myself. I think that the hair itself is forced to become stronger/thicker/harder to push itself out of the thicker/harder tissue like moles, warts, etc.
