Mixing my own Miconazole question!!

So I either want to mix my own mico (powder) with a better oil (castor, coconut, etc) or find a brand that doesnt have mineral oil in it. I read over and over that mineral oil isnt good for hair.

Does anyone have any ideas about how to properly mix this, or is the powder just purchased at 2% strength?

Or, does anyone know of a mico cream that doesnt have mineral oil in it???
