Mixing Multiple Essential Oils Together / Ratios?

wondering if anyone could help me out

I have some emu oil say 100ml how much essential oil should I add, I was thinking of adding four oils

lavender
peppermint
rosemary
cedarwood

and applying 3 x week

In addition to a homemade caffiene and peppermint shampoo to use 5 x week there abouts...

Good combination
Try 2/2.5 ml of this each essential oils.
1 ml is moreless 20 drops.

maybe 6 drops each to start with a 100ml,

there are studies especially with rosemary not as effective as minoxidil 5% but il take the chance,

I am on other stuff as well, pumpkin seed, theaflavins which apparently works same as propecia? tocotrienols biotin. taurine and ginkgo biloba
