Mixing Bicalutamide With minoxidil Foam

anyone know/ever heard to get/make the soulution that minoxidil is mixed to make the minoxidil foam?

I want to experiment with it as a vehicle for bicalutamide

Im not planning on using ethanol and proplene glycol because it flakes like crazy
