Would skipping or missing lunch/dinner cause more hair loss? If I don't eat lunch or dinner would male pattern baldness accelerate??

I've done many water fasts, longest is 10 days, you are not gping to lose more hair from fasting, that is laughable.

I missed lunch a few weeks ago and lost all of my finasteride/minoxidil gains.

But then what about hair not receiving vital nutrients for it to grow? Also whatever food is taken in it will be used for more vital organs and hair will die.

You don't need to eat every three hours at all.

Sometimes I go on a diet where I fast all day have a big dinner. I do for energy, I don't think it's had any impact on my hair

We store nutrients for future use when we do eat. That's what bodyfat is: stored energy.

Aside from that, people have up to ~14 hours of energy stored in liver glycogen, and just the food you've already eaten takes a while to fully digest.

I usually only eat dinner and I've started balding, but I'd be surprised if they were related.

Just polluting the forum with 4 posts before I have the right to post the question:

"What to do when Nizoral stops working, the scalp gets dry and hair and vellus start to fall again really fast?"

Thanks.

Yep. The feeling of needing to eat every few hours is mostly a function of habit and addiction to insulin and carbohydrates.
