can anyone point me to some instructions for s5 spironolactone and revivogen ? The ones written on their containers are pretty vague, and no detailed instructions accompanied them. I know they have to be applied 'sparingly' and they should last for n months / capsule .. but
I am interested in how many sprayings / rubs at a time for bet results (including all the frontal, top and crown areas).
