I have a simple question about minoxidil. I find lots of info, but never the application time. For example, if I put it on my head, and I have to leave for a reason, how long should I wait to wash my hair for it to makes it's effect?

3-4 hours.

I don't know about the differences between foam and liquid Minoxidil, but as far as the liquid one goes - I have read and heard that 4 hours is the threshold for full absorption and that 2 hours is the threshold for 80% absorption. What this means is that if you wait for 4 hours, you're in the clear for sure, but waiting 2-3h can be alright too if you need to take a shower etc. I always give it 3-6 hours depending on my schedules, preferrably 4.
