Just about anywhere....minoxidil has been OTC for years now....at least in the USA....I use Drugstore.com. you can also get your nizoral there too.

Since 5% is a perscription in Canada, you may want to try http://www.minoxidil.com, I think they ship to Canada.
You have to pay a $20 consultation fee that gives you a perscription.
Pretty good deal since his products dry so fast.
