Hi all im new here,my name is Mike,27 from Romania.
4 years ago i suffered a massive hair shred,Doctor said it was Telogen Effluvium,i was shreding hair from everywhere, head, lashes, brows, armpit, pubic, the shred stopped after few months, like doctor said.

The problem is my hair never growed back the same quality, hair is thin in density and quality and got a little recension around the temples,in those zone the hair is still there, but is too fine to be seen, its not velum, its good in lenght.

The question is what is the best for those weak hairs and also for density, minoxidil or propecia?i won't use both,so whats the best to improve those fine hairs?

If your problem isn't caused by male pattern baldness those meds will have no effect to speak about.

You can use minoxidil after Telogen Effluvium and it will help, however you should note that Telogen Effluvium can trigger male pattern baldness so that is what you may be seeing. Either way taking minoxidil won't hurt.
