Minoxidil Thinning Out Edges Of Hairline

I just started using minoxidil 10% on my hairline after using 5% with no regrowth for years. It looks like my hairline is now thinning around the edges where I apply it(about 1/4 of an inch). Not sure if this is a good sign that regrowth is to come, or if my hairline is just getting burned out from it. I'd appreciate anyone's experience with a similar situation. I'll probably keep applying it since the 1/4 inch loss is something I'll deal with if I have to. I've been applying the 10% for about 1.5-2 months.

Could be a good sign, or just further loss. Would have to push through to find out. Doubt it could make your hair loss worse though. Lemme know how the 10% goes, as 5% was useless for me as well.

I'll let you know how it goes. At first it looked like a major improvement but now it kind of looks like sh*t. I'm using tugain 10. I'll keep you updated.

I have used 5% foam for 2 years with no regrowth, mostly because I think the foam dried too fast on my hair and not on my scalp, I've used the liquid less then a month and I've already seen changes to my hair where I am applying it.

Good luck, hopefully you'll see some regrowth. In mine, I can start to see some pigmented hairs growing in my slick temples and below my hairline. I'm going to keep my eye on it over the next 2-3 months.
