minoxidil Smell??

Well, I used Rogaine foam for the first time tonight. I had to rinse the hair gel I use (American Crew Gel) out so my hair was a little bit damp when I put the foam on. So far, no problems or side effects. But, I do notice a smell since putting on the Rogaine. Is that common? does it go away as it dries?

I don't know about foam, but liquid has a bit of a smell. However, it's not really a problem as the smell goes away very quickly.

Yeah the foam has a fragrance to it, it only lasted for a short while for me when I used it too.
