Minoxidil Regrowth vs finasteride Regrowth

I am currently using both minoxidil and finasteride in my regimen, but how do you know what hair is grown by each medication? If you quite minoxidil while there is significant regrowth will only the hair treated by minoxidil fall out? I'm just curiosu if anyone has any input feel free to reply.

Finasteride will slow down or even (if you are lucky) halt hair loss.

Minoxidil will stimulate hair growth by extending the growth phase of a hairs life cycle.

If you quit minoxidil the hair kept in the growth phase will eventualy cycle naturally and shed naturally.
