minoxidil question

I have to rebatch on some minoxidil. Ive been reading alot of users saying the foam just isnt as good as the liquid in terms of penetrating the scalp efficiently. Someone also pointed out that liquid minoxidil has fda approval on it, and the foam doesnt. I could understand why the foam wouldnt have fda approval in a marketing aspect, they want it to seem as simple and similar to hair foam, fda approval stamp gives it more of a medicinal touch.

So for any minoxidil users, should i use the liquid this time around or stick with foam? Also, how bad does the liquid look on hair as oppose to the foam? thanks guys! HAPPY NEW YEARS TO YOU ALL!
