this is a question for a friend on not on forum
They are currently doing 5% dose 1x a day they are not sure if they should either increase it to 5% 2x a day OR go for 10% 1x a day. I'm not sure what dose size they are doing lets assume its the dose recommended.
Opinions? dose vs percentage increase?
