minoxidil great replacement pinion gear oil

I was making a small plastic gear gadgit and needed oil so I grabbed the bottle of min and presto smooooooth rolling gears .

Doesn't surprise me. A while back I did a little research in the main ingredient in Minoxidil, which is PPG. PPG is not only used in minoxidil, it is also:

An industrial lubricant
A primary ingredient in antifreeze
It is the stuff used to de-ice aircraft
It is the stuff used to make fat-free cheese fat free
and much much more...

Quite the handy chemical to have around, eh?

That doesnt go for Cottage Cheese too. does it? Or milk,.

Can't stand fat-free cheese anyway.

I'd be more concerned about one of the chemicals you find in regular toothpaste, can't remember its name right now but it's also used (at a different concentration) in industrial degreasers.
