is it still as effective if i apply the foam in liquid state? the foam melts very fast even when my hands are cold. i tried putting it into the cap but it still melts fast..as a result i have to apply the melted foam to my head..anyone knows whether it is still as effective??

I don't see why not. When my can is almost finished, I'm just dealing with mostly liquid. I think it's easier to apply when it's more liquidy as I apply it to most of my scalp, direct from the can.

if it melts in your hands then you can just apply directly the scalp from the applicator.
