Minoxidil foam turning into liquid? Tried everything.

I put the can in the fridge and nothing comes out. I shake the can, rinse the bottle with cold water, and small amounts of liquid comes out. How do I make it become foamy again?

I'm also holding the can upside down. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.

I did accidentally leave the cap off the can a few times. Is it possible that leaving the cap off ruined the whole can?

try to puncture the can as a last resort , I would have recommended you to shake it the hell out , but you already did.

if you do , stock its content in some closed recipient.
