As my Minoxidil 5% bottle is getting empty, I'm going to order another. I use the 70% ethanol, 10% PPG solution, purified water 20%. I'm going to cut out water this time. Use only ethanol and PPG.
1. I was thinking about changing PPG to Glycerine (maybe 20%), because PPG leave some white stuff in my hair, and that's not very presentable. So, will it be ok to change from PPG to Glycerine? What is better for absorption? If it's not ok, is the 10% PPG good or should I use a higher ammount, such as 20%, 30%, 50% ????
2. I was also thinking about adding some Alpha-Linoleic Acid (3%) and Gamma-Linoleic Acid (3%) to my Minoxidil solution, as they seem to be good DHT blockers. Is it clever to do that? Or will it react with Minoxidil? What % of PPG or Glycerine should I use?
