Minitiarized hairs going terminal on finasteride?

Over 2 years on minoxidil, Almost 4 months on finasteride- I've been seeing the tiny hairs come in on my hairline and crown has really improved- how often do these tiny hairs turn into thick hair? I know it varies but is it more often or less?
