miniaturization? early Androgenetic Alopecia?

Hi guys, i'm 18 and my hair started to shed out a lot last year, i don't know if I am panicking or whatever, but can this be a early sign of Androgenetic Alopecia?
I think suffer from seborrhea, my hair won't last a day without being completely oily and smelly, also it itches a lot.

Early stage of male pattern baldness, consider finasteride and use a pharmaceutical shampoo for your seborrhea (containing ketoconazole, piroctone olamine, ciclopirox olamine...)
