Miniaturisation: Sign Of Losing Hair?

I have been on finasteride for 16 months now and I do not really know what to think. I have a good amount of miniaturised hair at the hairline and I also often shed small hairs so I was under the impression that I was still losing hair.

Now that I compared pictures of today with pictures from februari of last year it seems that I did not lose much hair. I am not 100% sure about this though.

What do you guys think: am I still losing hair based on these facts?
I really need to know because then I would probably start either RU, dutasteride or both.

I am like NW2 at my left temple and NW2.5 right temple btw
