I am trying to find a doctor in new england to do an FUE. I came across these guys and saw they do micro FUE. Is this a new technique?

I haven't heard about it before. Another doctor I am considering does FUE with the SAFE system but I do not know what that means and how big the punch is.
Any thoughts gentlemen?
