No offence Michel, but I hate seeing an interesting topic only to click and see you post about your minute to minute update on not being on finasteride and gyno questions.

sry guys , this is just that hairloss is ruining my life .
You know i took action and propecia didnt work .
Moreover i was desesperate to try everything to stop it , that is why i upped my dosage of propecia .
BAd idea i got a small gyno lump . this is really depressing .
And believe me my hair are really way below baseline . I will not post pic because i can't handle it .

and yes i will never be satisfied with my current hair state and puffy nipples .
I have a really muscular body ( 5 years of intense weight lifting) that i have ruined because of hair loss treatment , i just wanted to maintain like 80 % of guys on propecia.

you know normal people and even Doctor told me i had nothing and was realy muscular , but i knew that something was wrong , i had puffiness in warm environment , then took a scanner and the result was some small lump behing my nipples .
Never had this during my whole puberty, always been lean and muscular , and got this new fcking problem because of hairloss fight .

Did you try an amotase inhibiter? If that didnt work u need surgery. You could always try dutasteride for six months, see if it affects ur gyno and if it doesnt then go ahead and get the surgery.
