Mens Rogaine, for front scalp receding hairline..?

Hello guys hope u all doin Gr8 !
as i discussed earlier in my 1st post, i am new to this stuff, i am here coz of losing my hair not from the top of the scalp but only in the front of the scalp receding hairline,

i reviewed all products on this website but i dunno from where to start and which product is suitable for me,
as at present time i am living in Saudi-Arabia and you all knuw that the environment here is lil hot and dry compare to European and U.S countries!
i dunno if these products will help me out based on my current location !

i was planning to start from DHT inhibitors to stop further hair losing, which includes finasteride and propecia,
it also includes s5 cream and Revivogen value pak, Crinagen crina pak,

at the same time also i am planning for hair regrowth products to recover my front scalp hairline areas, and i found these products.
Mens Rogaine foam, Rogaine extra strength, Tricomin Tricopak shampoo + conditioner + spray,

.....................but as they said...............
Rogaine is clinically proven to help regrow hair and stop hair loss. It is designed for men who have general thinning of the hair on the top of the scalp, and is not intended to treat hair loss in the front of the scalp (receding hair line)

it seems that their is no solution of my problem coz i need somthing to recover the front scalp...receding hairline

I think I read before that Rogaine was only tested on hair loss at the back of the head in its FDA trials so they only make claims that it can re-grow there. But if you look at any number of people in the Success Stories forum they have regrown hair at the front with it.

Exactly right and I am one of them. I used it on the whole top of my scalp and got results.

Yes, go for it and don't worry. As others have said, it does seem to work...just don't take it as a given and anything you get is a bonus.

can any one highlight me the best remedy for front scalp hair regrowth and
hair thickness?
do i need to use propecia or finpecia with rogaine will it add a good result in my hair regrowth , if i use all these stuff together, is there any side effects ?
or i should try it one one by one after long break e.g 6 months or 1 year,
