I might be moving to Croatia or Bosnia to work in the future, my concerns are of course: is propecia and minoxidil easily avalible?

Speaking for Croatia, no, not really. They are not completely unavailable but many people are ordering it from somewhere else. I had no trouble finding Proscar but that's because I knew where to look. Usually it's not easily available. Same for minoxidil.
