Meditation. What Do You Think About It? Is It Real?

I tried it twice and I already see the benefits. My mind is clear and I do not feel anxious at all. But it sill doesn't help with confidence. I never thought that simple breathing exercises can help me to calm the f*** down. I also concentrate much much better. WTF? I mean this really helps. What do you guys think about?
