Even if many say that a mature hairline is balding, I personally don't agree with it. A matured hairline is simply a hairline that has been "stretched" and shifted in form and shape little. One reason being is that you are aging and your skull shape is shifting some. A mature hairline can stay that way "forever" if you are lucky. Then again, even a receding hairline can stop from nowhere if you are lucky enough.

Would the skull still be growing at 25 years old though?

Also can stress/lifestyle cause this? Just wondering if there’s anything I could have done differently or things I should be doing (ie minimizing stress) moving forward to the future

Maybe Telogen Effluvium but I doubt it... just retake photos in 6 months or so. If you notice any difference, hop on meds, in my opinion. Your hair still looks great.
