When a man gets older his forehead often appears larger. Think of Brad Pitt or Leonardo Dicaprio. How does this happen? Does the hair recede or does the bone structure of a man change over time or a combination? Thanks.

What happens is they get on finasteride and halt their hairloss.

Also, Brad Pitt is still an NW1

Yes but if you look at Brad Pitt when he is in his 20s his hairline is lower. I'm not disputing he is still a NW1. Does anyone know the answer please?

Step 1: Hairline starts to recede
Step 2: Gets on finasterade
Step 3: Hairline recession halts...individual now has bigger forehead

With the greatest respect you do not know what you are talking about. People who do not have male pattern baldness and who do not take finasteride usually get a mature hairline at some point in there lives. This topic has nothing to do with finasteride.

Keep telling yourself that, it'll likely help you cope until you hit NW2.5

Mature hairline is a state of denial
I will keep telling myself that. Men in their 40s with super thick NW1 hair rarely keep their teenage juvenile hairline. It would look odd if they did.
