Male Pattern Hairloss Or Tefflogen Efflovium

I'm 16 years old, relatively healthy and recently I have been experiencing hair loss.
I have lost hair all throughout my scalp but mostly the sides (not hairline). However, I do have a naturally high hairline as seen in the picture below. Also, I only have one distant relative who experienced hair loss.
Recent history: 2 months ago I had a surgery, I was anaemic 10 months ago.
Do I have male pattern hair loss, tegflogen efflovium or any other conditions ?

Also, most of the hair that I shed is on the left side of my head. I tend to lose about a small handful or less? of hair everyday.
