male pattern baldness or diffuse hair loss ?? [Pic]

Hello,

This is my first post on hairlosstalk.com. I've been shedding hair like crazy lately. I've been using Tugain 5% Lotion (Minoxidil) for the past year or so but it doesn't really help.

I've included a couple of pictures.

Could someone please tell me whether I have male pattern baldness or is it diffuse hair loss.

Diffuse or male pattern baldness same thing pretty much just different pattern. You'll need Propecia.
