can i make topical dutas or spironolactone with another stuff
like castor oil or alovera oil?

Compounding topical dutasteride is uncommon and hence instruction to do so isn't found in pharmaceutical texts, besides, just like topical finasteride, it's effectiveness derives from it's ability to absorb into systemic circulation. This means if you're trying to avoid side effects you're wasting your time. If that's not the case then just take dutasteride orally.

Compounding topical spironolactone is a different story, US Pharmacopeia has instructions on how to do so on this website:

(Skip adding the cimetidine and niacinamide as this specific formulation is meant to be an acne gel)

So as you can see, I don't think aloe vera oil or castor oil would be effective vehicles since the website mentions no substitutions. Follow the compounding formula verbatim and you should be set. Do keep in mind this preparation is only stable for 30 days.
