Making babies on finasteride

My generic finasteride (Finax) comes with a warning that recommends wearing a condom when taking finasteride, since a small amount is present in your semen and some research indicates risks for unborn fetuses / pregnant women / woman who may become pregnant.

Does this mean one would have to quit finasteride for a whole year before attempting to conceive a child?

Has anyone on this board had any kids while taking finasteride?

So it's ok to make kid even you taken finasteride yesterday.

I'm really paranoid about taking finasteride, becasue every doctors here says me to stay away from that. Well i live in small ex-communist country i know our medicine is faw away from west europe/usa.
