make spironolactone and minoxidil at home

do someone know how to make spironolactone 2% lotion! I have tried to mix 100mg spironolactone tabs in 99% isopropylalk! it doesnt work very fine kuz the spironolactone setsup to the bottom after it mixed then it os in two phases!! what should i change to make it one phase! have someone some infosite or something! have searched already but not found!

Use ethanol alcohol. Isopropyl is too harsh, and displaces water. Everclear works well.
