Major Question -- Tingy feeling in problem areas..

I am slowly losing my hair in one area (temples/hairline, moreso on right side, oddly) and every time i get that tingly feeling in that area, a hair falls out with a tapered end.

It is the only area i get the tingly feeling in, and the only area im losing hair.

SO my question is, is there anything i can do to fight this specific issue?

Im on finasteride (1.25mg mon/wed/fri), eat healthy, take vitamins, and i use nizoral once a week.

But is there something more i can do to stop the tingly feeling and thus slow down the hair loss?

Also, is there an explanation regarding that tingly feeling and why it occurs/what causes it and why it leads to hair follicles falling out?

Thanks in advance!!

additional info --

i find most of the tingly/itching sensations occur after i've woken up, before i've showered. since i sweat at night especially in the upper temple/hairline areas, it appears the sweat causes the itching/tingling?

does that make any sense? ie, when i wake up in the middle of the night from an intense dream and i'm sweating a bit, i get big time itch/tingling in my problem areas.

When did the tingly feeling start - before or after starting finasteride/nizoral? I'm thinking it could be a reaction to what you're using...

seen posts about this for years...... don't think there is a fix for this.
i notice i get the "itch" more when I miss my finasteride dose. 1.25mg mon/wed/fri should be fine but have you noticed the "itch" going away an hour after taking finasteride ?

and the usual about showering properly (make sure all the shampoo is thoroughly washed off) etc
