Mail order hair systems to choose from

I realize there are a lot of different mail order companies out there all claiming to be the best. I wanted to get some opinions to see if any of these companies stand out among the rest in terms of good quality hair. I have have been with Hair Direct for about 12 years now but lately it seems their customer service is sub par like a lot of others due to Covid. My last few systems have been of poor quality.(dry, tangled, almost a rats nest texture.) Any opinions would be much appreciated.
