I just want to know what type of Norwood is this as Im not 100 percent sure, also my hair has gotten quite a bit thinner, but could this be to do with a lot of stress ? For example since November my dad, grandad and aunt have all passed away and I had an issue with my old job such as not getting paid for two months, so could this have speed up the male pattern baldness ? Also do you recommend any vitamins I can take to help ? I'm going to start using Nizoral, just trying to stay away from finasteride ( propecia ) for as long as I can !

Please Help ! Thanks

Hair looks fine, its normal to see a bit of scalp on the crown since that's where the hair parts, hairline also looks okay. You could try multivitamins/biotin but there's little evidence of if they make any difference, also Nizoral is a waste of time in my opinion. Good luck.
