Lump on right nipple

I have been on propecia for ten months and a while ago i discovered a lump 1 cm above my right nipple.

I was really worried about it and tested for cancer but it was not cancerous. I had no idea about gyno, but reading this forum has brought it to my attention.

Does anyone have any more info on propecia and gyno??
