Lost arginine thread...Oxhide?

Can anybody help me find that massively long thread about arginine that Oxhide used to post on a lot. I cant find it using search. Was it deleted? It had an absolute mass of info on arginine. :cry:

Another hair site think regrowth or something says to take 3000mg a day allot more than people here take. It had basic info on it about its benefits. Can't help you with oxhide haven't been here long enough, he probably lost his hair battle an retired.
