Loss Of Sensation In Scalp And Hair Loss

While in the shower, I use a shampoo brush and it is pointy at the tips and i feel a little bit of discomfort when I run it over most parts of my scalp. But the part that my hair is thinning in the crown area, I feel nothing when I apply it there. This means that I have an almost complete loss of sensation in that area which means that blood is not travelling there as it should be. Is this something that a lot of you guys with hair loss also experience, I'm just curious. Do the parts of your scalp which your hair is thinning have a loss of sensation, if you poke it or pinch it is it less painful than other non-balding parts of your scalp? Thanks
