To begin with, I have receding temples and slight diffuse thinning all over the top. It isn't much of a surprise to be losing hair that are thinner and with less pigmentation than your 'normal' hair. However, I have noticed an interesting phenomenon - a large portion of the hair I lose are very thick and dark compared to my normal hair. They don't look anything like my hair, but yet they are.
Has anyone noticed anything similar? Where's the logic in that?
