Losing hundreds of hairs but still norwood 1

Hi, in the past couple of weeks I have been noticing a lot of hair loss when I am using the shower and whenever I brush through my hair with my hand I can see 50-100 hairs come out each time!!
The thing is I have no signs of temple recession at all and my hair still grows very thick and uniformly. My hairline does not appear to have changed in at least 3 years (I'm 22). However I'm concerned this could indicate a serious health problem or the onset of baldness. My dad is 52 and is probably a norwood 2 or 3, no obvious bald patch but clear recession on the sides of the front (but still thick hair and he has never used any products as far as I'm aware). His hairline has barely changed in 30 years.
No one in my family is bald, my 2 grandfathers are probably about a norwood 4 or 5 and they are 74 and 86. Uncle is probably a norwood 2/3 at age 50.

Is it my diet that is at fault? I've just getting so worried at the amount of hairs that I see falling out of my head. I also suffer from a lot of dandruff and it's very difficult to get rid of. I don't use any hair products other than shampoo and conditioner.

Today I just randomly brushed through my hair and probably counted about 250-300 hairs come out (not in clumps). This is excessive as it should only be between 50 and 100 a day!!!!

Please advise me what I should do to alleviate this problem? At this rate I would be bald within a year!

Also the past few weeks I have been suffering a lot of stress as I have been having difficulty finding a new place to live (had to vacate my old flat because of rats everywhere!) and have had to move back in with parents temporarily.

It might be male pattern baldness and it might just be the dandruff/stress combo. Try Nizoral for 1 - 2 months and see if the shedding declines. 2 - 3 times per week
