Lets be real hair loss is associated with the old, fragile and weak. If you are losing hair it means that your genetics are literally giving up on you. There is a reason why bald is NEVER better than hair. It puzzles me how people will do anything to save a limb but accept "balding" as if its something normal that needs to be accepted. People who are balding should be made fun of, they should feel like they are subhuman scum that have no place in the society. They need to be ridiculed and hopefully the TOXIC attitude of "bald is manly, just accept it bro - look at the rock, vin disel" will DISAPPEAR Maybe then someone will be pushed enough to come up with a f*****g cure. This whole "accept balding" attitude is almost as repulsive as a NW2+ hairline.

I think it's the opposit to be honest (Not that I want to lose my hair). I think baldness is the next evolution and for some reason I think if there are intelligent spieces out there, they are not hairy...lol.

I agree that the research rate has to speed up, but your understanding of evolution is pretty twisted lmao. Apparently balding didn't put men at too much of a genetic disadvantage if the gene was able to crawl it's way through time to the point of ~80% of men dealing with hair thinning at some point in their life.

If a man decides not to take finasteride and shave his head and is happy, then good for him. He is greater than you, sh*t monkey.

If a man, like myself, tries EVERYTHING and still loses hair and decides to move on and shave his head because the alternative is looking like a slowly dying, plague ridden sewer rat, than good for them.

You should look in the mirror and tell yourself to have more empathy, because you sound like a sh*t pigeon.. flying above the home depot and dropping sh*t bombs on innocent, unsuspected customers.

I agree, and the culture is changing thankfully. Look at the plethora of celebrities who've had hair transplants over the last decade. Even amongst 'normal' people there's been a huge spike in men going under the knife. Hair loss is no longer something you just accept — you reject it and look for solutions. The media has done a great job of fat shaming people — particularly women — to believe they need to be thin to make it in life. Thing is, if you are seen to be taking the piss out of someone fat, you get ridiculed. But you can piss take a baldie whenever you want — it's totally acceptable.

Exactly my point! No one ever reacts when someone is made fun of cause of their balding. Its all fun and jokes - men are supposed to just take it not care. Perhaps it would be funny if it actually didnt affect lives. The truth is everyone is judged by their looks and balding people have it more difficult. Good luck getting laid with a fucked hairline lmao. People know this hence why they say stuff like "Just grow a beard and get muscles bro". YES let me go bust my *** off in the gym for YEARS just so that I can hopefully look like a 5/10. male pattern baldness is a disease and should be treated as such. Well the people looking for a cure are more afflicted by the crap than the general population is so you would think they would be motivated to find a solution even beyond the money aspect. The huge issue is what DHT does to the scalp environment over time. Coming up with some pills or injections that will just magically reverse all that damage is going to be tough. That old man in his 70s that burned his head severely and it caused his hair to magically regrow back in only 4 months shows it is possible though. That damage which was just short of causing mostly scar tissue to form made the stem cells start forming hair follicles again or at least I assume that is what happened as I am guessing that guy had been bald in that area for over 10 years at least.
