Losing Gains After 2 Years On Big 3, Has Anyone Come Back From A Similar Situation?

I had aggressive hair loss at a young age, I'm 26 now, but I was thinning in a norwood 5/6 pattern and had decent regrowth on the big 3. Now my hairline is thinning again, minoxidil seems to be doing nothing on my hairline or crown anymore.

I bought a dermapen which I intend to start on monday, in addition to a safflower/lavender/rosemary topical I'm going to put on my crown with the minoxidil. I will also start with daily scalp massages of at least 20 minutes in length. Have any of you guys experienced losing ground on the big 3 but made a comeback that lasted using these additional methods?

I'm opposed to dutasteride and RU because of the horror stories I've read on them, making finasteride seem fairly benign. Then again, I've had 0 side effects so far, which makes me think that maybe I'm not the best responder to begin with. My loss has definitely slowed down though, so I can't say it hasn't done anything.I guess I've sort of maintained, but moreso lost a decent chunk of the regrowth I had from minoxidil.

I guess I'm just venting because I thought the big 3 would give me some regrowth and hold me over, but this damn disease seems to be too aggressive in my case.

The official treatment possiblities for you are exhausted. For now you can only add or use drugs, that no serious person would recommend for such issue like hairloss. Don´t hear at people here that are using dutasteride or ru.

So your options:
Adding dermaroller and observe the results for the next 3-6 months,

Or if hairloss is bothering you that much, that you could not live without most of your hair than get yourself a wig.

(A hair transplantation without stopping further hairloss is no option)

I am thinking of also adding Trinov but first I want to see the results section to see if it is effective at all. CB would be ideal but I think unfortunately it is a few years away.
