lopsided hairline

my hairline is massively lopsided receeding much more at the right then the left... this was the way since i was 15 when i deemed my hair to be unsatisfactory. i have worn a hat daily since - im 19 now

i was thinking the only way im ever gonna get my hair to look satisfactory is if i have surgery... im on Propecia and minoxidil and if that goes successfully then my left side and diffuse thinning on the crown will be acceptable however there is no other hope for the right side

Mine is getting lopsided also.

Im thinking of getting a transplant, parents said they would pay for it. Nobody in my family is bald, and they are well off so Im probably going to do it over Christmas.
