Loosing Ground On finasteride. Duta Time? Advise

Hi. My 3 month is tomorrow and I’m still loosing ground my right temple. Needless to say I’m pretty discouraged. Using the birthmark as a way point and the ground lost is pretty obvious .

Should I switch to Duta?
