Long Time Propecia User Randomly Experiencing Sides

I have been on propecia for over 13 years with minimal sides. The only real side I have experienced is acne, which I still get periodically. However, within the last several months I have been experiencing some serious brain fog. I am not sure if it is related to propecia or not since I never had these types of sides until recently. Has anyone ever heard of delayed sides like these after being on these meds for many years? I have also noticed that my orgasms aren’t as strong as they use to be either. The odd thing is that I am now having these sides as though the drug is working, but the hair loss effectiveness of the drug has really worn off in the last year or so and I have lost a ton of ground. It’s to the point where I am seriously considering getting off propecia altogether, but I would like to hear if anyone has had a similar experience to mine. I recently got all my blood work checked and everything came back great. My doctor thinks it’s related to stress but he told me to get off propecia, if I think it’s what is causing my issues. The problem is that I cannot say for certain if it is and I don’t want to get off the drug and risk losing all the hair I have maintained on it if it is not the cause. Thanks for any feedback or advice.

If you get off propecia it's very likely you'll lose all your gains within 3-6 months. Consider lowering your dosage to 0.5mg or 0.25mg daily.
