Just stumbled on this website... I'm trying to find out about support networks-groups in different cities. Since I first got AA, 3 years ago, I've noticed more and more people with the condition. I'd love to go go over and just get their story, or let them know life does not end... but I remember how friggin frustrating it was at the beginning. Maybe if people knew they could talk to someone face to face...coping would be easier.
If only more people knew about this website... or Doctors/clinics let patients know about this or another support site!! By the way, I've gone the route of shaving the whole cranium... just got sick of the patches coming then going and then all over again. It's easier this way, most of the time.
