At the moment, I've a very simple regime of RU58841 mixed with minoxidil and I'm maintaining.
Thread here
Before that I mainly used 1g cut proscar per day and minoxidil.
Every so often I would add a new product.
Over the years I've many different products and spent a ton of money.
Here's a list of most of the products I've used.
Minoxidil
Kirkland Minoxidil - Awful sticky itchy stuff.
Regain Foam - Hair really thinned with this so went back to liquid.
Dr Lee's Minoxidil 5% with Retin-A 0.025% - The best minoxidil ever made, dried very fast and made hair feel great.
Nanominox-MS - Great product but too expensive. Didn't dry as quick as Dr Lee's minoxidil. Not very professional setup.
Shampoos
Nizoral - Stopped using about a year ago to use Ketoconazole cream instead.
Dr Porctor's Nano - Way too expensive.
Alpcein Caffine - Nice shampoo but of course no results.
Jason thin to thick - Gets great reviews but didn't do anything for me. Also quite expensive with shipping.
Tgel - Nice shampoo but no changes.
Avalon Organics, Biotin B-Complex Therapy Thickening Shampoo
This is the shampoo I now use.
Slight thickening of hair, nicest shampoo I've used in years. $7.29 for 14 oz so great value.
Proscar - Maintained but got slight moobs but no other side affects. Didn't like reading about all the people who got sides and worried about long term usage.
Fluradil Eucapil - No regrowth but stopped any shedding I had in it's tracks. Stopped using because it's too expensive and the ampoules are not user friendly.
Folligen Cream - Just got a bit of a sting out of it and the didn't like the green color.
Tricomin - Did nothing for me and too expensive for what it is.
Emu Oil - Nice stuff to use for skin but a pain to use on hair. No results.
Miconazole Nitrate - Was all the rage a year or two ago. Decided to just stick with ketoconazole
Ketoconazole Cream - Didn't use it long enough to see results but got shedding and had run out of Eucapil so stopped.
MSM, Biotin, Silica, Vits - Just use a multivit / Fish Oil now.
MSM Gel - No results, nice stuff though.
Mega Tek - Made hair very strong but was a bit like emu oil to put on hair.
Dermaroller - Used it in combination with Nanominox-ms.Thickened up hair but a pain to use and time consuming.
A&G Hair Complex - Yes I fell for this!
