[hair today gone tomorrow]

For some reason it seems as though my hair always looks the worst when im under some sort of fluorescent lighting. When I'm at the gym my hair always looks like crap to me but I think its b/c its very brightly lit with fluorescent lights. However at home in my bathroom under normal lighting my hair loss isn't even noticeable Does anyone else notice this?

Often it's the angle the light is coming from. If the light comes from behind you, your hair always looks better.

I have to look into a mirror through another mirror with a big light over top and that's when I really notice it. But also that is the only way I can see growth. One mirror just impossible.

I think many folks see their their scalp when the light is strong even the ones who arent balding..

Flourescent lighting is much brighter to m.p.b sufferers its really unforgiving
